Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon submission of details and payment (if required).

Final Numbers

  • Final numbers must be confirmed in advance (7 days prior).
  • Charges may be based on confirmed numbers.

Supervision & Ratios

  • Schools must provide appropriate adult-to-student supervision ratios at all times.
  • Volunteers are not included in supervision requirements.

Behaviour

  • Students must behave appropriately at all times.
  • Schools are responsible for managing behavioural issues.

Accessibility & Additional Needs

  • Any accessibility requirements or special needs must be advised at booking.

Volunteer-Guided Tours

  • Tours are delivered by volunteers and are not guaranteed.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your group.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in accordance with agreed terms.
