Booking & Hire Period

  • Loan kits are available for hire for a period of one (1) week per school term, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (if applicable).
  • Hire periods must be strictly adhered to unless prior arrangements are approved.

Collection & Return

  • Loan kits must be collected and returned during designated hours.
  • Late returns may incur additional fees or impact future booking eligibility.
  • The hirer is responsible for the transport and safe handling of all materials.

Use of Kits

  • Kits are for educational use only and must not be sub-hired or transferred.
  • All items must be used in accordance with any provided instructions.

Responsibility & Damage

  • The hirer accepts full responsibility for the kit during the hire period.
  • Any loss, damage, or missing items must be reported immediately.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the hirer.

Payment

  • Payment must be made prior to collection unless otherwise arranged.
  • Fees are non-refundable except at the discretion of management.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice.
  • Refunds (if any) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

General

  • The organisation reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings.
  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of future hire.
